SUMMARY
The Life Line Installer maintains the in-home Lifelines Services of the Provena Care @ Home Life Line Program, including installations, service calls and termination of services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Installs and maintains all Life Line Services for in-home subscribers.
Ensures all Life Line equipment is functional at the end of installation process by testing all monitoring areas in the home.
Educates the subscriber/family regarding in-home Life Line services and use of equipment.
Prepares and faxes all paperwork, including payroll and mileage logs, to Lifeline Program Representative within the specified timeframe.
Schedules installation or termination service calls within the specified timeframe upon receiving request from Lifeline Program Representative.
Maintains adequate inventory of all Lifeline devices & equipment and personal inventory (serial numbers).
Cleans and maintains all picked-up equipment prior to returning to inventory.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
