Summary:
To provide technical assistance and guidance required to meet plant and departmental goals for safety, productivity, delivery, quality and cost.
To provide technical leadership to manufacturing to solve problems, improve processes, and use technology to provide innovative solutions
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Evaluate root cause of quality issues both internal and external, provide input to develop and implement corrective actions.
Provide electrical and mechanical technical skills to build, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment.
Support prototype builds, document issues, and provide input to resolve those issues.
Understand and update all production documentation.
Follow all 6S and safety standards and practices and help ensure those principles are clear in assigned areas of responsibilities.
Provide continuous improvement and cost savings ideas.
Work with engineering to ensure that processes are robust and monitor processes per standard work.
Perform other duties of similar nature as assigned.
Qualifications
Process equipment knowledge, based on area of responsibility that could be plastics IM, CNC machining, electrical/electronics, test equipment, etc.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
Proficient computer skills using Office, email, and other applicable software.
Problem solving skills with proven results.
Able to lift 30 lbs on a repeated basis as well as standing, walking, bending during shift.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
