Plant Manager
Position Overview:
Oversees the assigned area ofresponsibility to ensure that customer needs are met in the areas ofcompetitive costs, quality, and delivery of goods in due time. Always maintainsand utilizes Shaw's core values in dealing with others in order to properlyrepresent the Company and its employees.
Position
Responsibilities:
Directsactivities of the Manufacturing Department Managers to ensure the achievement of plant safety, quality, waste, and costgoals.
Serveson Quality Improvement Teams as needed.
Performsinternal audits throughout the Plant as needed.
Respondsto Corrective Action Requests (CAR) as needed.
ApprovesProcess Specifications and Product Specifications.
IdentifiesQuality critical parameters for SMS.
Monitors and takes action on adaily basis for Safety and Quality performance.
Approves 5S Project Charters.
Operates,directs, and reviews the Shaw Management System (SMS) and Plant Quality Policy. Complies with procedures in ShawManagement System (SMS).
May perform other duties as required or assigned by Director of operations

Position Requirements:
Four (4) year Bachelor of Science degree
5 years manufacturing leadership experience
