Advertising Sales Coordinator
The Journal Gazette-Times Courier is seeking an full-time Advertising Sales Coordinator, to come join our team. This individual will assist the sales team with daily tasks. This position provides customer service to advertisers and is available to them in the absence of the sales representative.
Essential Job Duties/
Responsibilities:
Provide support to sales representatives
Provide service to phone and walk-in customers
Meet the needs of advertisers as a back-up to their sales representatives
Assist with ad scheduling and pricing
Collect ad copy and process ad layouts
Qualifications:
1-2 years of administrative and/or advertising work experience
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
Strong computer skills
Strong written/oral communication
