Supply Chain Planner
The Supply Planner contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by assisting with the management of supply chain processes and projects; including innovation launch execution, supplier development, and production performance results analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Analyzes and troubleshoots supply chain processes i.e. materials management, co-packing operations
Helps to resolve supply-related delays, obstacles, conflicts and product supply issues
Creates and maintains innovation project timelines
Monitors and scorecards project milestones
Monitors and reports weekly production, deployment and Out Of Stock (OOS) performance
Develops and maintains capacity planning tools and weekly reports
Plans and communicates material requirements to packaging and suppliers
Assists plant staff with scheduling and supply-related issues
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Engineering or Business, Supply Chain
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical skills
Project management skills
High proficiency with MS Office products particularly MS Excel
Good communication skills
Project management training or experience
