Maintenance - Electro Mechanic
Overview
Support Production Activities
Work closely with production and quality teams to keep production going
Perform emergency repairs in a timely manner
Capable of performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting including control systems
Execute work
Execute PM work as directed by maintenance supervisor and lead
Work in a self-sufficient manner; complete PM work without production interruption
Follow the direction of Manager, Supervisor, and Leads
Direct actions as necessary to ensure safety of
Operate the boiler

ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Mechanic:
Completing Assigned PM's
Making required repairs
Daily walk through
Autonomous Maintenance Activities
Fabrication of components, tools, and equipment
Software Systems
CMMS- Work order entry, completion, requisition, inventory
SAP- Purchase requisitions
Process Systems
Must be prepared to learn about new and existing processing systems
Become a resource to help engineering team execute small projects
Food Manufacturing-GMP Environment Experience Required
Experience working on and around Sanitary Systems
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and controls equipment.
Operation, troubleshoot, and repair of Steam, Refrigeration, and Wastewater systems
Experience working with pumps, gearboxes, and steam traps
Ability to work on electrical systems including motors, drives, PLC's, HMI's and other control devices
Capable of fabricating components, tools, and equipment
Stainless Steel and Sanitary Welding skills desired
PM System Implementation
Perform PM work as directed by supervisor and leads
Perform PM work in a self-directed manner based on work orders from CMMS
Document activities in CMMS and log books
Schedule PM work to avoid production interruption
Safety

Working at elevated heights
Capable of operating Fork trucks, Lifts, etc
Hot Work
Qualifications1. 10
Years electro-mechanical maintenance experienceExcellent mechanical abilityElectrical controls backgroundStrong trouble shooting skillsStrong administrative skills- must be able to quickly and effectively learn new software programsWelding and fabrication experienceBoiler experience- Blue Seal Boiler License desiredExcellent Communication SkillsMust be able to lift 50 lbs.
