Crozer Keystone is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified individual in the role of Clinical Liaison for the hospital's rehabilitation units. This position is the Clinical Liaison between internal and external referral sources and internal operations. The Clinical Liaison is responsible for establishing relationships with physicians, payers, and other referral sources. The Clinical Liaison will ensure appropriate patient placement through clinical assessments and screening.
Requirements
Clinical experience required with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and marketing. Licensed or certified to perform an evaluation within their scope of practice and training. Current state licensure is required, in their related field. Prior acute rehabilitation experience is preferred, but not required.
Requires a professional level of knowledge in physician relations, and interfacing with managed care companies, Medicare or other payors.
Extensive knowledge of local provider and medical community.
This position requires occasional evenings and weekend coverage and routine day travel.
Strong interpersonal and computer skills are required.
