SLA Finish Technician
Summary
The Finishing Technician will clean and finish SLA models.
Primary Job Functions
-Perform visionary check on running RP machines.
-Remove platform from machine when build is complete.
-Remove parts from platform.
-Wash and cure models.
-Complete desired finish level on models.
-Paint models as required.
-Assemble and UV weld models as required.
-Document build information.
-Perform related duties as needed.
-Ensure work areas are kept clean and orderly.
Education and Training:
-High school diploma or GED required
-3D design software knowledge a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
-Basic computer skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Attention to detail, quality conscious individual
-Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
-Ability to use basic measuring tools
-Ability to delicately hand finish small parts using various hand tools
-Visual and dimensional quality inspection
