POSITION
Summary:
The EIDM Deputy Program Manager will report the EIDM Program Manager with the capacity to lead and provide a diverse team to provide full software development lifecycle activities, using Agile processes to operate and maintain the existing EIDM and provide without interruption the existing RIDP and MFA enterprise services. The DPM will work closely with the PM and CMS to provide an identity management system that eases the burden on stakeholders and end users by streamlining the processes involved with Enterprise Identity Management. Areas the DPM will oversee and provide leadership to will include but are not limited to the following: Trouble Tickets, Service Requests, Change Requests, and Application Onboarding processes.
Responsibilities:
Lead the overall project management of the program in support of the Program Manager, Ensure Agile software development methodologies are in place, oversee the maintenance of modern Web application frameworks, and the Oracle Identity Management Suite; oversee the effective and efficient migration of legacy applications and databases into a replacement system, onboard new applications seeking to utilize EIDM services.
Required Skills: PMP, Certified Scrum Master, Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Desired Skills: Experience in End to end product lifecycles, Microsoft Suite, AWS Solutions, Wireshark, Firewalls, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist
EDUCATION &
Experience:
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 12 to 15 years of related experience, including three to five years of supervisory/management experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
