Summary:
Provides HVAC services with specific responsibility for installing, maintaining and upgrading HVAC systems and equipment. Assists other skilled trades; and ensures that tools and materials are available at job site.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
Experience with technologies; electrical and mechanical systems.
Organizes work by studying work orders, diagrams, specifications, drawings, and blueprints; gathering required materials.
Establishes environmental systems by mounting, installing, fabricating, or connecting compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, expansion and discharge values, motors, temperature and humidity controls, fans, control panels, switches, fuses, filters, gauges, ducts, piping, tubing, and related components; completes power connections.
Tests and repairs environmental systems by operating the systems; identifying malfunctions; repairing or replacing sealants, parts, and components.
Keeps tools and equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Documents actions by completing equipment records.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
Must possess all facets of the HVAC industry
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Any state and local licenses required.
Intense knowledge of HVAC
Strong sense of the geographic service territory
Must be able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Must be service-oriented and sales minded.
Must be resourceful and excel at problem resolution.
Education and Experience Required:
High school diploma required, college degree preferred
Two to five years related experience, in the HVAC industry preferred
