Physical Therapist
MTX Therapy Services is seeking an Physical Therapist for a permanent direct hire position
in a skilled nursing facility located in Los Altos, CA.
Very progressive facility with streamlined therapy procedures & systems, as well as state of the art therapy equipment and computer systems for email, time keeping, resident notes & billing entry, ensure consistency for ease of care and documentation. The therapy department focuses on stroke recovery, orthopedic rehab, contracture management, cognitive retraining, prosthetic/orthotic training, and other various programs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Current State license or the ability to obtain
Bachelor, Master, Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
At least 1 year of experience
