Marathon Health is seeking a part-time (20 hrs/wk) Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to treat and work with the employees and families (ages 6+) of the Pipefitters Local 597 at their on-site health and wellness center in Mokena, IL.
This is a 20 hour per week position with full benefits. No on-call or weekends. We offer excellent salary and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA, malpractice, CME assistance, life and disability, paid time off and holidays.

Responsibilities:
The Family Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing primary care services, conducting onsite health risk assessments, providing wellness education, supporting individual lifestyle changes, and helping individuals manage their chronic conditions.
The position may also be responsible for the oversight of the care delivered by the medical assistants within the Marathon Health Center. Maintaining a collaborative relationship with the center's staff is a key ingredient to success in this position.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
Current and unrestricted state licensure
