Welcome Desk/Kid Zone
We are looking for highly motivated, customer service specialists who will enjoy interacting with our members, guests and children while working with a dedicated staff to help members achieve results! The qualified candidates will have a drive to succeed and have a genuine interest in health and fitness, and will be flexible with their availability including weekends.
Duties include:
Maintain positive interactions with members on a daily basis.
Greet all members and guests with a smile, by name whenever possible.
Provide direction to members be ready to assist them with any questions or concerns, solve any problems that arise on the spot.
Assist all prospects with completing guest registration and ensure that they are being addressed in a timely fashion.
Consistently show an escalating level of service mentality.
Display a consistently positive attitude towards members, staff, job tasks and club philosophy.
Check in all guests and members quickly and professionally.
Maintain current knowledge of club programs and services.
Listen to members and resolve concerns or complaints on my own whenever possible.
Ensure a clean, safe, nurturing and fun environment for the children in the Kids Zone.
Assist members, guests and children in execution of successful parties and events for the Kids Zone.
Promote harmony among the children, attempting to minimize conflict.
Respond to each child's needs promptly.
Inform parents of issues relating to their child, and notify parents of diaper changes immediately.
Exhibit good listening skills when conflict or discipline issues arise, and problem solve in a professional manner.
Report accidents or injuries to the Kids Zone Manager and/or M.O.D. immediately, and assist in documenting incident appropriately.
Maintain professionalism at all times and avoid eating, sitting, reading, texting and all other activities that are not work related.
Job Requirements
Qualified applicants should have at least one year of experience providing outstanding customer service and previous experience providing care for kids. Hours will vary and may include a combination of day shifts and weekend shifts.
