Contracts Specialist, Content & Production Risk

Role Purpose
NBCUniversal is looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized and highly efficient individual to work within the Content & Production Risk Legal group handling production related issues, along with other tasks and matters.
Responsibilities
Draft, review and negotiate production agreements (including location agreements, vendor agreements, and intellectual property licenses)
Provide timely and thoughtful advice on potential risks and issues
Conduct legal and other research and prepare memos
Create and update forms
Review and comment on certificates of insurance
Assist attorneys in the Content & Production Risk groupBasic Qualifications
Minimum three years of experience in a professional role requiring strong analytic and organizational skills and careful attention to detail.
Bachelor's Degree
Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
Good judgment and ability to work independently with all levels of company personnel and with outside parties
Experience with agreements and legal issues
Willingness to work late and on weekends on short notice
