Responsibilities:
Involvement with all aspects of Business Operations and Technology oriented projects and systems, executing within company's methodology/project lifecycle.
Review business requirements with various business units and/or Project Management Office (PMO); ensure completeness of requirements; obtain approval of requirements through a formal review and sign-off process; submit any post-approval changes to scope through a change management process to ensure new issues and risks are not introduced; upon approval of requirements/scope, develop technical specifications and ensure business requirements align with the technical documentation and project plans.
Ensure Technology area's milestones and project commitments are understood and agreed to by Technology managers responsible for delivery, during the PMO process.
Use all communication methods to convey business requirements and translate to technical specs, in the form of text-based documents, overview drawings, dataflow diagrams, functional decomposition diagrams, workflow, data requirements, report layouts, inventory lists, metrics, etc.
Work at the direction of Technology managers to develop artifacts, use cases and documentation useful to the development, purchasing and building of systems and processes.
Consult with Technology managers on any unknowns and validate assumptions; immediately communicate any gaps in requirements, potential risks and issues and work appropriately toward closure.
Create functional information for developers to ensure rapid and accurate development of system and/or enhancements.
Participate in design sessions, highlighting areas requiring greater focus, adding Business Operations understanding to the technical teams, and for overall understanding of the solution.
Work with Business Operations on data and reporting requirements during project execution process including, but not limited to, data definitions, preparing output/data file layouts, metadata definition, field level qualifiers and report generation requirements.
Act in an advisory and intermediary capacity during development phase, to broker all issues and inconsistencies a Developer may uncover; work with Business Operations and Technology teams to properly solution and/or address the issue in a mutually agreeable manner.
Assist Quality Assurance and Development teams during the remediation process based on findings from the quality assurance process.
Assist in resolving all issues found by Business Operations, working with various IT teams.
Act as central source for communications from Technology area; ensure status, progress, issues and resolutions are properly communicated upward and outward.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent
Minimum 5 - 7 years' relevant work experience
Previous analysis work experience
Hands-on use of Project Management or related software, with an understanding of the Project Lifecycle
Ability to create presentable documentation in a clear and concise manner
Ability to interface with all levels of staff and management
Strong written and verbal communications skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
