Summary:
The Executive Administrative Assistant will report to the Vice President, Global Commercial Leader of Compression Technologies and Services (CTS) and will be based in Davidson, NC. In this role, the successful candidate will also serve the VP of Strategic Accounts and Digital Solutions for CTS and their teams. The ideal candidate will provide the highest quality administrative support in a confident and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Provide quality administrative support to the senior leaders
Responsible for managing the complex and constantly changing schedules of the senior leaders; organizing and arranging meetings and schedules across multiple time zones
Play a key role in providing strong support to the senior leaders with minimal supervision and sizable autonomy for judgment and discretion
Anticipate and resolve problems before they amplify
Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including visa applications
Prepare, review, and reconcile expense reports
Act as liaison for the senior leaders with others such as: senior leaders, customers, team members and clients
Organize meetings and events and complete them in a cost and time efficient manner
Plan, compose, research, analyze and coordinate special projects and follow-up
Compose a variety of correspondence often of a highly confidential or sensitive nature
Answer and screen telephone calls
Provide back-up to other Assistants when /if needed
Create executive PowerPoint presentations as needed
Review all mail, email, and documents requiring the supported senior leader's attention or signature.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting executives
Experience supporting leaders in a global environment
Bachelor's degree preferred
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and have strong organizational skills
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, to all levels of the organization
Excellent Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot, V-lookup), and PowerPoint skills
Must possess the highest level of integrity, confidence and motivation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing deadlines and priorities
Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance, prioritize work and handle simultaneous assignments with success and accuracy
Must be able to work effectively and accurately under pressure with tight timeframes
Must be proactive, responsive, results oriented and resourceful
Must be flexible/adaptable. Willing to work extended hours when necessary such as arriving early, adjusting lunch hour, or staying later in the evening depending on various activities/deadlines
Demonstrated track record of interacting with all levels of management, staff, and outside contacts in a courteous, professional and discreet manner
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
Strong customer orientation and attention to detail

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
