QUALIFICATIONS (MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS) Proficient use of a computer is needed.Minimum High School education or equivalent.
Duties:
Run Emo-Med reports on person(s)-served on a regular basis and keep supervisor updated. Other job duties and special projects as assigned. Report person(s)-served concerns to Clinical Manager immediately. Keep supervisor informed weekly about CIMOR rejections and Fund Source 1 issues. Timely completion and submission of all payroll documents. Timely completion and submission of staff reimbursement forms. Timely completion and submission of credit card transaction envelope. Past experience in clerical functioning and reception duties is preferred. Assure agency programs operate within the constraints of the agency's certification (CARF, DMH) standards and strategic plan related to clinical care with periodic site reviews. Communicate any vital information to supervisor for the purpose of continuing to pursue the agency's philosophy and goals. Answer Phones, direct calls to appropriate staff, make appointments and take messages for all staff. Use good communication skills in answering calls and projecting a positive image for the agency to the community. Call and remind person(s)-served of any appointments. Cross trained in other duties and other position's vital to the operations of the facility. Ensure that all information/records obtained are complete and scanned properly into EMR. Maintain awareness regarding the agency's vision and assist agency staff in continuing motivation and empowerment. Ensure that new person(s)-served are admitted to include all paperwork completed and all funding questions and information is obtained and entered. Ensure that person(s)-served funding and admission records are maintained in an up to date status so to avoid billing issues and concerns and to ensure proper clinical care.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
