Our corporate headquarters and E-Commerce store are located in Davenport, Iowa.

Responsibilities
An Assistant Department Manager - Shoes develops and motivates department associates to provide excellent customer service. Oversees the department in the Department Manager's absence. Primary job responsibilities of an Assistant Department Manager - Shoes include the following:
Assists and motivates sales associates in providing excellent customer service; setting an example for others to follow.
Trains sales associates in sales technique, product knowledge, and department and store policies and procedures as needed.
Communicates day-to-day department and individual performance observations to the Department Manager.
Addresses concerns to the department in a timely manner; develops and implements solutions, reporting to the Department Manager and Store Management as necessary.
Executes all duties of a sales associate.
