As CPSO, ensure security oversight of SAP/SAR/IR&D program(s) assigned to the site. Ensure security compliance with NISPOM Overprint, JAFAN and ICD contractual requirements. Ensure Contractual compliance with Program specific Security Classification Guides. Conduct annual Self-Inspections and formal/informal Security Education to Program personnel. Author Facility/Program Operation specific documents and provide oversight/interface for directed Security requirements to Facilities group during construction/facility modifications. Provide documentation for accreditation of Program areas to include TSWA to Customer Program Security Officers. Serve as primary liaison with Customer Security Functions at Prime/Customer level and implement Program Security Officer Directives. Investigate, document incidents of loss, compromise, or suspected compromise, Security Infractions, and Adverse Information reporting. Review/Concur on PAR packages for Program Access. Must possess strong customer relations skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. On occasion, work extended hours (other than normal business hours) to support contractual requirements to meet customer needs. Perform other duties as assigned.
This position could on occasion require the following: OT on short notice, Occasional weekend work, Extended day shift work hours, Off-site program support & travel
Basic Qualifications
In-scope Top Secret clearance. Experience in implementing and managing security programs, strong communication and presentation skills, competence in building and maintaining effective working relationships with site management, customers and the facility security team.
Desired skills
Advanced program experience. SCI Security experience with classification management and security incident investigation/reporting skills. Experience writing standard operating procedures and conducting self-inspections.
