Will beworking shift hours Monday through Friday, 2:00pm 10:00pm. Will be workingovertime as needed.
Location: Minneapolis, MN.
Assemble,calibrate, adjust, troubleshoot and repair a variety of components, devices andsystems according to pre-determined specifications using the appropriate testequipment.
Position
Responsibilities:
Assembly
Assemblemechanical and/or electronic devices and assemblies referring to engineeringspecs, prints, layouts and/or verbal instructions.
Check,Adjust, Calibrate
Checkand adjust for balance, alignment, tension, spacing, physical dimensions,outputs and adjustable parameters and record non-adjustable parameters.
Usea variety of manual and automated mechanical, electrical and optical checkingequipment.
Calculateraw data and adjust/calibrate assemblies to achieve the final specification asrequired.
Troubleshoot/RepairMechanical
Checkfaulty assemblies using mechanical checking equipment.
Analyzeand diagnose findings to determine defects and method of repair.
Disassembles,replaces parts, readjust and reassemble devices to complete repairs.
Electronic.
Performelectronic troubleshooting at the level consistent with the schooling requiredas indicated at the end of this job description.
WorkDirection
Mayassist or instruct other Electro-Mechanical Builders or employees at lowerlabor grades.
HOS:
Embraceand engage in the Honeywell Operating System (HOS) including activities, butnot limited to Safety & Behavioral Observation Process (BOP), 5S,Continuous Improvement (Kaizen), Tiered Accountability Process, Standard Work,Rapid Problem Solving (RPS), Built In Quality (BIQ), Coaching, Total productiveMaintenance (TPM) and Knowledge Sharing.
YOU MUSTHAVE:
Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent legal resident, due to governmentprograms.
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of Two or more classes of progressive electronics training froman accredited college or university. (Intro to Electronics I and II).
WE ALSOVALUE:
Handles lightweight parts and materials.
Works seated or standing.
Occasionally handles heavy fixtures.
Good eyesight required
Good Working Conditions, air conditioned area, may work in clean room,no drinking or eating, safety glasses with side shield required, works withsmall parts, pass solder certification test may be required to pass eye exam.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
