Entry Level / Manufacturing Engineer / Oldsmar, FL
Job Description :
Manufacturing Engineering needed to provide support to our Space operations. Responsible for process development, oversight of P2P BOM input, defining NRE, production floor setup/layout, SOP Process, verifying BOM scrubs, Process improvements, work order audit closure, handling rejected procured material, implementation of design changes, defect analysis, tool calibration, development of custom fixtures/tooling/equipment, support of the manufacturing operators in the build of product, resolve ME related build problems, etc.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or other related engineering field from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education
Prior leadership development and experience leading a team
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to articulate technical and programmatic issues
Candidates must possess leadership skills and behaviors that align with the Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives
Desired skills
Knowledge of Lean Principles and Continuous Improvement
Knowledge of RMS products and services
Project management, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action experience
