We are now accepting resumes for our Teller position with the Retail Support Department located in the Duchesne, Roosevelt, Vernal area. The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:
Be responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies & procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record
Resolve customer problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources
Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities through exploring customer needs.
Assist customers at the drive-through window
Greet people warmly and direct them to appropriate bank personnel
Handle loan payments and cash checks
Report suspicious activity
Perform other duties as assigned
Retail Support employees are allowed to choose their own availability as long as it meets these minimum requirements:
At least two days of availability Monday Friday
Any day of availability Monday Friday must be at least five hours of consecutive availability that either starts at 8:00 am or ends at 6:00 pm.
Saturday availability is mandatory (employees may not be scheduled to work every Saturday; Saturday scheduling is done on a rotation)
