Set Up

1. Sets-up resets and/or operates a variety of production metal finishing
machines involving intricate and complex tooling and operations.
2. Must be fully familiar with all aspects of the operation and layout of
assigned machines.
3. Diagnoses machine trouble and make mechanical adjustments and minor
machine repairs.
4. Assist machine repairmen in making machine repairs as assigned.
5. Follows layouts, blueprints or other instructions to insure parts are
produced in accordance with engineering specifications.
6. Knows and uses Statistical Process Control as appropriate.
7. Assists in the training of machine operators.
8. Observes all plant and departmental safety practices and procedures.
9. Follows housekeeping procedures in maintaining a neat and orderly work
area.
10. Prepares required paperwork.
11. Performs precision measuring of parts.
12. Responsible for quality and quantity of work.
13. Maintains proper levels in coolant tanks.
14. Records counts, scrap, time, etc.
15. Devises methods of machining new and difficult jobs.
RequirementsElectrical background to include troubleshooting and repair is a must.
Experience in:
PLC, Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Gearbox, Pump, Valves, and Sensors is a PLUS
1. Must be able to understand and follow instructions in English.
2. Must have demonstrated mechanical ability.
3. Must be familiar with shop math.
4. Must be able to understand interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams.
5. Must be a high school graduate or equivalent (Additional technical training
preferred).
6. Must have one year in the factory or related position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
