Overview
Johnson Electric is currently recruiting for a Process Engineer in Vandalia, OH. The Process Engineer is responsible for manufacturing duties related to new and existing platforms and projects.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Maintain daily line performance; lead all process changes, corrections and improvements.
Maintain work instructions, PFMEA.
Develop and implement projects and continuous improvement initiatives that improve product quality and process performance according to the customer's specifications within allocated budgets.
Develop manufacturing strategies for RFQs. Specify, select, quote, purchase and validate process equipment. Install, program, and debug equipment.
Support the maintenance function in complex trouble shootings and repairs.
Transfer and relocate processes, production lines & equipment.
Responsible for design of tooling and product documentation for product line as needed.
On the job, hands-on training in all processes of manufacturing and specific projects and plans for current operations. Excellent problem-solving skills, good understanding of tooling requirements (design and buy-off) for programs.
Leading improvement plan. Develop, revise and document manufacturing processes to meet cost, quality, scrap, labor and safety goals. Specify methods to monitor process, measure key product characteristics, and collect data on process performance.
Leading and coordinate preventive, corrective actions to assure the well function of the manufacturing process. Provide floor support to trouble shoot process problems. Support maintenance in complex trouble shootings and repairs.
Management of all assigned manufacturing process and projects. Develop manufacturing strategies and RFQs. Specify, select, quote, purchase and validate process equipment. Install, program, and debug process equipment.
Evaluate performance and development of the team members.
Qualifications
Preferred
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 year degree in technical discipline; ( Bachelors in Mech. Eng. Preferred)
Ability to convey technical design information to customers (both internal & external), using appropriate tool for the target audience (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, AutoCAD)
Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing process. Program launch experience, including excellent knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, PPAP Control Plans, methods/tools.
Previous hands on experience in working as a Manufacturing Engineer to assess manufacturing capacity, identify problems, perform root cause analysis and develop successful and practical solutions to manufacturing problems.
Able to design fixtures and tooling as required, and creating the required fabrication documentation using CAD Package (SolidWorks preferred).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
