SUMMARY
Manages the entire move process while serving as the point of contact/liaison for the external customer, transferee and all participating agents for national & local accounts. Develops the move plan (for origin and destination services) that will exceed transferee expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates all origin agent moves and works with agents, customers and Graebel personnel to effectively schedule and monitor shipments.
Provides complete and accurate information regarding service requirements, facilitating accurate estimates.
Receives all new orders and service requests from booking offices; Schedules surveys in accordance with Graebel standards.
Documenting contacts and call attempts in Rolling Remarks.
Provides service to internal and external customers, whether Customer Service Coordinators, Operations, Central Dispatch or Sales, responding quickly and accurately to requests for information.
Serves as the point of contact and resource between transferee, Customer Service and Operations department.
Performs P3 data entry for all service requests to create an effective move plan, while entering pre-registration information and notifying CSC and Dispatcher.
Assembles job paperwork for operations while providing a complete move plan with detailed descriptions of all services to be provided. Provides dispatcher with tickler prior to services being performed.
Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
Minimum of one year of customer service experience. Moving and Storage experience is preferred but not required.
OA/DA Certification
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Windfall
Customer service, communication, teamwork, organization, planning, time management, dependability, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to interact cooperatively and professionally with customers and co-workers
Must have empathy and understanding with customers.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
