Staff Physical Therapist II
Seeking dynamic individual with strong interest in Orthopedics /Sports Medicine as well as proficient manual skills for out-patient clinic located nicely within a busy community health and wellness center. Position would collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for patient care including ATC and PTA. Excellent customer service skills a must. All documentation completed on electronic medical record. Both experienced and new graduates considered.
Must possess a current MI license The Physical Therapist is responsible for the assessment and development of an appropriate treatment plan for patients with a wide variety of medical diagnosis presenting with orthopedic dysfunctions. The therapist should possess clinical expertise in the area of orthopedic rehabilitation. Must be able to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team. The individual in this position is required to appropriately interact with diverse patients and families adhering to the highest customer service standards. Additional experience /skills in neurological, pelvic floor, and/or sports injury treatment a plus, but not required. Work force constitutes a strong team of therapists with various specialties and backgrounds which offers an environment of growth, education, and opportunity.
A Physical Therapist, with a minimum of Master's degree, preferred Doctoral degree. 1-3 years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation is preferred, not required.
