Sotera Defense Solutions is seeking top-talent as a Logistics Management Specialist in Ft. Bragg, NC. This is supporting a proposal effort for the USACAPOC contract, keeping America safe at home and abroad. Candidates must have an active Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret level clearance.
The Logistics Management Specialist will have:
Knowledge of logistics systems, principles, concepts and methodologies of project management with the ability to perform analytical assignments involving issues with project management and automated systems support.
Working knowledge of the design and operational characteristics of logistical systems and their use/relationship to operations and management of logistics projects within the supported units/activities. The specified operation includes a comprehensive knowledge of the characteristics of networks and how they interact with serviced STAMIS systems and automated logistical projects.
Working knowledge of the various operating systems, software applications, and database query systems used throughout the serviced applications to be able to install, configure, and troubleshoot software loads and to troubleshoot and identify the cause of reported problems.
Working knowledge of applicable information assurance regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure the security of both the system and the data maintained on those systems. Information assurance security officer, information assurance manager, and level i, ii, iii system administrator operations are principal in maintaining operational capabilities of specified STAMIS systems and automated logistical projects.
Working knowledge of, and skill in monitoring various automated logistics systems to determine their efficiency in meeting established information requirements, recommend changes and/or assist units/activities in recommending changes.
Working knowledge of, and skill in implementing automated systems changes effectively ensuring software/interim change packages (SCP/ICPS) are applied in proper order.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
HS Degree or equivalent.
Must have a minimum of five (5) years of logistics experience.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite (access, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, and word).
Must have extensive knowledge of military logistics requirements.
Desirable
Qualifications:
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills with all management level.
Must be familiar and qualified on property book unit supply enhance (PBUSE), other DoD equipment tracking database, and reporting mechanisms.
Experience with USACAPOC.
Candidates must have an active Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret level clearance.
