Telehealth Technician
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
Experience is preferred
Summary:
The Telehealth Technician is responsible for troubleshooting home health telehealth equipment that has been delivered to patient's home in collaboration with the Telehealth supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot telehealth equipment.
Assist with installation of equipment.
Provide education to patients/families on set-up/use/removal of telehealth equipment.
Data entry into supply management software.
Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to read and write in English. Good communication skills. Customer service focused. Basic computer knowledge including both data entry and technology experience.
