Job Description:
Responsible for overall administrative training,instructional, and research functions for Test, Measurement, and DiagnosticEquipment (TMDE) of the NAVAIR PMEL PMO, as follows: Work with PMEL personnelto understand and document requirements in related efforts to ensureexpectations are met. Collaborate with associates to improve efficiency,productivity and processes. Help define user adoption measures anddocumentation. Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolvingproblems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions. Assist in definingprocesses for collecting, organizing, and documenting information. Createprocess flows for all types of documentation. Identify problems, creatingmitigation tactics and solutions, and creating improved operating procedures. Conductinstructional program training and evaluate training review criteria. Deviseand organize training systems procedural manuals and support documentation fortraining programs and systems. Perform additional duties as directed bySupervisor.
Required Skills/ Experienced:
Proven record of honesty and integrity in allrelationships.
Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
