In the Project Administrator role, you will be responsible for administration and coordination of assigned projects.
Your day to day activities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Identify project/contract requirements.
Establish the project in MTO by completing the appropriate screens and fields with required Work Breakdown Structure.
Populate and update reports required to manage project.
Establish a rapport with the projects customer base and resolve their concerns and/or issues.
Monitor status and resolve project issues as the project moves through production process.
Support the shipping and invoicing process.
Perform project close out tasks.
Issues budgetary data on new jobs to accounting and manufacturing.
Acts as a primary contact between the company and the customer, responsible for administration of customer contracts.
Attends weekly production meetings for coordination with all other departments to assure contractual requirements are met to the satisfaction of the contract (customer).
Determines and coordinates final shipping details.
Updates weekly backlog report.
Conducts weekly accounts payable/receivable meetings with Finance, as required.
Maintains close liaison with Finance for all open jobs/programs.
Your education/experience includes:
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline from four-year college or university. Minimum 2 to 4 years sales administration experience and/or training in electrical equipment or similar industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Understanding of/or aptitude for learning technical requirements for assigned area of responsibility.
Knowledge of basic contractual procedures and the ability to negotiate and administer contracts.
Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
Must be conversant in Microsoft Office and be versatile in e-mail communications.
Must be able to multi-task and organize.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
