We provide private label credit card solutions for over 6,000 tire and auto repair merchants across the country.
At our home office near Cleveland, Ohio, over 300 dedicated professionals gather each day to provide the support necessary to run a successful private label credit card program. Our employees are selected for their expertise and experience over a third of them have spent 15 or more years in the industry.

Position Summary
Taking inbound calls from customers to answer their questions about their credit card account.
Responsibilities
We are searching for those who have at least three years of telephone or retail customer service experience, speak either English, or English and Spanish languages, and are able to type at least 20 words per minute, and want to join our winning team!
Qualifications
We offer a pay rate of $12.75 to $14.75 per hour, depending upon education, experience and language skills. We also offer paid vacation and holidays, medical and prescription benefits, a 401(k) plan, employee discounts from our Firestone retail locations and more!
Work Shift Available:
M-F 8:00am- 4:30pm and working everyother Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm with a day off when working Saturday.
M-F 9:00am - 5:30pm and working everyother Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm with a day off when working Saturday.
M-F 10:00am -6:30pm and working everyother Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm with a day off when working Saturday.
M-F 12:30pm -9:00pm and working everyother Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm with a day off when working Saturday.
