Position Overview
The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible to project management from inception to punch out of Cambridge Architectural projects. This largely focuses on risk management, customer relations and budget management.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibility Area:
Develop overall project management strategy and work with discipline leads and project teams to execute plans while monitoring risks and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them
Key Responsibility Area:
Manage day to day operational aspects of projects and scope. Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities to consistently manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback
Key Responsibility Area:
Proactively identify opportunities and deliver improvements; evangelize the Cambridge project management methodology and project processes
Key Responsibility Area:
Partner with sales team leads to present work as well as participate in new business presentation opportunities
Key Responsibility Area:
Proactively review and manage contracts to position Cambridge- Rexnord as appropriate to manage risk and liability and deliver to customer expectations.
Provides Regular and Reliable Attendance
Performs other duties related to the qualifications and requirements of the job
Essential Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business or related field and/or industry experience
5 to 7 of Construction Project Manager experience
Contract negotiation experience preferred
