Responsibilities
Create individual reviews within web client (data entry)
File correspondences (mail, fax)
Contact stakeholders (providers, attorneys) to verify information
Perform special projects
Maintain confidentiality while working with confidential documents
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel), Adobe, Google Apps, Windows
Strong communication (written and oral) and organizational skills
Must be able to multi-task, work within a team, and be detail oriented
