Overview
Triumph Aerospace Structures, Red Oak, TX is seeking a candidate to fill a Lead Quality Process Control Engineering position reporting directly to the Director of Quality. Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality standards and protocol for processing materials into partially finished or finished materials product. Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment. Designs or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment; conducts quality assurance tests; and performs statistical analysis to assess the cost of and determine the responsibility for, products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications. May specialize in the areas of design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation and reliability, inventory control and/or research and development as they apply to quality and/or BLA's (biological licensing agreements).
Responsibilities
The Candidate must have experience with and/or be proficient in:
Destruct testing of Composite parts and assemblies Microscopy of Composite parts Composite and Metal Bond Sample preparation Defect and Failure Analysis of composite parts Composite and Metalbond Process coupon testing Mechanical Testing (Lap-Shear, Flatwise and Short Beam Shear) Physical Analysis (Tack, Drape, Flow) Chemical Analysis (DSC, TMA, DMA) Composite Part Manufacturing/Lay-Up (Manual and Automated lay-up) Vacuum Bagging and Autoclave Cure Processing of Composite parts Metal Bond Part Manufacturing (Manual lay-up) Trimming/Drilling of Composite parts Carbon Fiber Prepregs, Fiberglass Prepregs, Nomex core and film adhesives Technical Report Writing X-Ray Processing of Composite and Metalbond Assemblies Ultrasonic Inspection of Composite and Metalbond Assemblies Understanding and being able to read Customer Specifications and Blueprints Aerospace Clean Room certification and qualification Equipment Qualifications (Autoclaves, Laser Projection, Rapid Ply Cutter and Automated Tape Layer) In addition, the successful Candidate must be able to:
Interface with customers on a daily basis (both internal and external) Host Customer and Special Process Audits of Composite and Metalbond Manufacturing Areas Be able to perform internal audits of composite manufacturing processes Be familiar with AS9100 and NADCAP Composite Production Certification Requirements Create Course Outlines and requirements for training of Shop Floor personnel Author Site Quality Instructions and Procedures
Qualifications
Education:
The successful candidate will typically have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and eight years of related experience.
Experience:
Candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of Aerospace composite manufacturing experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
