Clean Room Operator (CRO)

We need both 1st and 2nd shift CRO's. Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor the CRO will be responsible for maintaining clean room housekeeping standards.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to communicate effectively orally and written.
Able to work flexible work schedule.
Ability to bend and stoop frequently.
POSITION
Responsibilities:
Ensure the slicers, wash systems, conveyors, and drying equipment are operating properly to ensure consistent quality of processing.
Ensure the temperature and chlorination systems are functioning properly
Perform proper sanitation and wash downs during changeovers to ensure no cross contamination issues
Monitors all WIP additions in the process to ensure correct percentages are being used.
Responsible for the proper and safe handling and care of the equipment.
Responsible for following food safety and food quality programs.
Perform any and all duties as requested by the Supervisor.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Plant work is in a cold and wet environment.
Must be able to perform tasks under strict time limits.
Shift work
Requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
