Security Administrative Specialist and Program Analyst, Mid
Key Role:
Serve as administrative support, assisting the client with the administrative role for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) accreditations with the DoD. Validate Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) fix facility checklist prior to DoD submittal. Validate SCIF requests, manage GSA-approved safe inventory and their combinations, and perform security inspections and building risk assessments. Manage the budget for alarm installations and maintenance contracts. Provide assistance with the oversight of security guards and entry control. Provide general administrative support to director-level staff, including the coordination of calendars and schedules, preparation, formation, or finalization of official correspondence, such as letters, memoranda, inter-office communications, staff summary sheets, and sensitive or classified reports, as required. Create a wide variety of documents, including reports, spreadsheets, and presentations from data and information contained in DoD internal databases that contain sensitive departmental or classified information, as required.
Basic
Qualifications:
2 years of experience with serving in an administrative support role
Experience with personnel security, including badge processing, SCI nominations, and visit requests
Experience with working in a SCIF environment and with SCIF building requirements
TS/SCI clearance
Additional
Qualifications:
Experience with supporting DSS
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and provide direct client interactions and reports
Ability to work in a self-directed manner and provide accountability and reports on project deliverables
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
BA or BS degree or 6 years of experience in a professional work environment with 2 years of experience in a related field
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
