This position prepares hot and cold production for patients, special events, catering, off-sites, retail and all other production needs. Is responsible for regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Minimum of three years culinary experience. Servsafe certification preferred. Must have a good command of the culinary arts and fundamentals.
