Objectives
Works independently with a strong knowledge of data and data manipulation. (Talend)
Accountabilities
Interacts with internal organization about processes around data collection.
Identifies and troubleshoots data quality solutions in a timely cost effective manner.
Works with internal and external teams on requirements, process improvements and data review.
Meets deadlines, and manages time effectively in a consumer data delivery support role.
Has basic knowledge of, and responsibility for, systems that support mission critical business functions.
Manages multiple projects and prioritizes work load effectively.
Works as a team player in delivering quality data to clients.
Communicates effectively, and is a self-starter.
Provides troubleshooting support for Talend processes.
RequirementsKnowledge
Good understanding of current business, processes, and data including business uses and requirements.
Strong knowledge of SQL and ETL. (ie. Talend, Informatica, Pentaho)
Linux and Java knowledge a plus.
Data Manipulation from various sources.
Skills
Strong analytical skills.
Detail oriented.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Time management and planning skills.
Education and Experience Required
Undergraduate degree in Data Processing/Programming, General Business, Computer Science or equivalent degree/experience.
2 year's experience manipulating data, knowledge of RDBMS or statistics a plus.
