GENERAL FUNCTION
The Planning Supervisor leads the planning and procurement execution for Oakley finished and semi-finished goods.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborates with manufacturing and purchasing teams at SKU level detail to drive 98% customer fulfillment as well as positive after sales customer experience.
Works with production and procurement team to monitor weekly/monthly production plans at SKU level as well as components SKU health.
Monitors finished goods and semi finish goods inventory and availability to align with sales demand and customer delivery requests.
Develops stock strategies and projects to protect service levels.
Collaborates with Market Support and Demand Planning teams on production deliverables.
Leads and supports lean manufacturing practices.
Leads and maintains manufacturing and procurement rolling forecast and smooth production plan at SKU and process levels.
Maintains finished goods replenishment systems as proposed by validated MRP outputs.
Aligns and makes product allocation decisions.
Monitors and evaluates manufacturing key metrics:
backorder, lead time, service level, punctuality and SKU health.
Plans and executes new releases, end of life and engineering change production.
Leads Process Improvement Teams in Oakley's planning and purchasing department.
Actively builds employee skill set to create a cross functional workforce and increase efficiencies.
Measures and evaluates employee performance according to company standards for quality, productivity, and career advancement.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations or related field

years production planning experience in a fast pace manufacturing environment
1
year of supervisory experience.
Strong MRP experience in a manufacturing environment
Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities in a fast paced environment
Ability to get involved and make experienced planning decisions
Excellent planning, organizational and motivational skills
Tact, judgment and highly developed sense of responsibility
Strong written and oral communication skills
Advanced Skills with MS Excel, MS Access and basic MS desktop applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master Production Schedule experience
APICS certification
SAP experience including (BW) Business Warehouse
Lean Manufacturing experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
