Field Colleague Trainer

Position Summary
Reports to the FTM for training accountabilities
The Field Colleague Trainer is accountable for training and delivering a standard learning curriculum and program within the Region which drives a consistent learning experience, a best-in-class customer experience, and builds colleague engagement.
Essential Functions:
Teach and deliver select courses identified in the Training Curriculum to build the colleagues' knowledge, skills and abilities
Manages classroom environment independently to ensure a quality learning experience
Uses evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness and provides feedback to learners and managers
Coaches and develops on-the-job coaches for select training programs to help them become more effective at training colleagues (e.g. LearnRx tech coaches, Satellite Photo Lab Supervisors)
Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Completes class-related tasks such as certifying learner's completion of courses
Supports and coordinates on-the-job training (e.g. OJT for LearnRX and SMD)
Supports other training mechanisms as required of learners (e.g. web-based training in Learning Stores)
Uses computers and computer systems (e.g. LEARNet, Microsoft office PowerPoint, word, Excel) to setup training, enter training data, and process information

Preferred Qualifications
In-line Rx experience, CPhT certified, Strong facilatation and time management skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
