The Finance Manager (FM) is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations and technical aspect of accounting functions for LPS, financial budgeting and reporting, financial analysis, financial operations, and a matrix relationship with the centralized business office(CBO)/revenue cycle. The FM will report to the St. Mary Medical Center Administrative Director of Finance with a matrix reporting relationship to the Senior Vice President, Langhorne Physician Services. Additionally, the FM will work extensively with those individuals within the organization responsible for the overall budget, accounting, finance, capital expenditure, and treasurer functions. The FM is responsible for establishing and maintaining productive relationships with a broad range of other key stakeholders within Langhorne Physician Services including LPS leadership, practice managers, physicians, hospital, and related Physician Network Organization (PNO) at the corporate level as well as any other system organization leadership. In addition to these internal reporting functions, the FM also establishes and maintains relationships with payers in coordination with the SVP/CFO and the system managed care office, patients, vendors and other community members. Supervise staff, assists in monthly closing process, and reviews monthly account reconciliations and submission of monthly financial statements in accordance with the timing of the system closing schedule.
