Dental Assistant
Job Description
Dental Assistant Position assisting hygienist and dentist. Full days on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Part days on Monday and Thursday possible.
Responsibilities
Task-oriented; articulate; computer savvy. We need someone who is well-spoken and people oriented. Performs a variety of dental assisting duties while promoting quality dental care for our patients and a safe environment of minimal stress. Comes in with a positive attitude, assists the doctor, teaches the patients how to care for their teeth, communicates effectively with patients (parents if patient is a child), enters correct treatment under the correct provider, prints treatment plans and presents them as needed, supports recommended treatment and creates value for the patient.
Qualifications
One year of dental experience preferred; Required:
CPR and x-ray certified and completion of dental assisting certification.
