Teacher Assistant in the Toddler Class- We are looking for a calm, loving personality who is thrilled to work with our littlest learners, ages 2-3. Applicants need to be excited to learn and implement the Montessori Method and help provide a happy, comforting atmosphere. Our employees are reliable, prompt, dependable, and work well with both children as well as adults. This position is for Monday through Friday from 8:

Responsibilities
-support head teacher in running class and teaching children
-assist children with toileting needs
-help maintain a clean, calm learning environment
-redirect negative behavior in a loving positive way
-willing to learn about the Montessori Method
Qualifications
Previous experience working with children is desirable but not necessary.
