Assistant Maintenance Manager

Job Description
SUMMARY
Works closely with the Maintenance Manager to create and maintain a safe, aesthetically pleasing, and operable property.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintains or coordinates maintenance of lodging units and resort.
Communicates project details and progress with Maintenance Manager.
Maintains homeowner billing information for maintenance, invoices owners.
Assigns daily work orders to maintenance staff.
Maintains all information for maintenance account payable vendors including coding of invoices, posting of invoices and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).5
years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive knowledge of all hand tools, including power tools. Extensive knowledge of HVAC. Trouble shooting electrical problems. Must know commercial cooking equipment repair. Dry walling, painting, staining, framing and carpentry skills. Must know plumbing and trouble-shooting propane distribution problems. Extensive knowledge of boilers and radiant heating. Building Construction, ability to read Blue Prints. Strong accounting skills. Must have strong organizational skills and maintenance background. 2 yrs. Supervisory experience preferred.
TECHNICAL/COMPUTER SKILLS
Type a minimum of 20-30 words per minute. Must be proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, internet navigation and electronic mail. Knowledge of Quickbooks, SMS and Guestware helpful. Must be proficient in radio communication.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Any professional skilled trade licensing or certifications helpful.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
