Summary:
With over 1 million accounts, Vivint SmartHome has become the leading security and smart home provider in North America. As a Data Entry agent, you would be the first source of contact and primary communication liaison for field agents as they establish new customer accounts. We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude who are detail oriented and articulate. You will be expected to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling important customer information.
Pay:
$9.00 per hour during training (1 week training)
$9.50 after training
Potential to make $10.00 within first two months
Qualifiable bonuses available up to $250/month (representatives average 12.50/hr)
Essential Functions/
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from Vivint.SmartHome representatives and technicians and assist them in creating accounts for our customers
Learn scripted calls that will help simplify the customer s onboarding process
Complete scripted surveys with customers to verify information and offers as their account is created
Speak with Technicians on site, help them with service tickets and equipment fixes
Accurately record information given by the sales representatives and technicians
