Manager Tire/Lube for busy and fun location.
Job Description
If you are looking for a fun place to work this is it. We have a great group of car enthusiast working with us which makes the job very fun. We offer the use of the shop 2 days a week after hrs for your personal vehicle repairs and any parts/tires etc needed are sold at a huge discount.
Responsibilities
Oversee up to 4 employees as well and helping the Service Writers organize the traffic flow to best benefit the shop. Performing oil changes and courtesies. The job also includes making sure that the customer has the best experience while in our facility. If you have your Safety/Emissions Certs that is a bonus.
This is a fast paced shop so we need someone good with their time. Organized and computer literate.
Lube Technician s responsibilities include:
Maintain dealership quality standards service vehicles.
Provide service information and recommendations to customers.
Change oil transmission fluids and filters.
Perform routine maintenance of all vehicles (check additional fluid levels, tire pressure, filters, etc.)
Tire Technician responsibilities include:
Identify and inflate tires correctly for the size and ply.
Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with Our Industry safety standards.
Maintaining all shop equipment is onf of the many things we have you look after.
Place wheels on balancing machines to determine counterweights required to balance wheels.
Unbolt wheels from vehicles and remove them, using lug wrenches and other hand and power tools.
Prepare rims and wheel drums for reassembly by scraping, grinding, or sandblasting.
Reassemble tires onto wheels
Qualifications
This position requires the Technician to have a mechanical aptitude and to be able to perform basic automotive services including mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, We would prefer you have 1-2 year experience in a Lube/Tire store but we will train the right person when we find the,m, You will be performing vehicle inspections and other less technical services while delivering an excellent customer experience. Responsible also to maintain clean and safe work areas in the tire and service department.
Applicants must be dependable, honest and clean cut with a friendly and positive attitude.

We are looking for a Motivated Tire/Lube Manager. This position oversees the all aspects of these 2 positions from Inventory management to traffic flow.

Position pays between $13-15pr hr depending on the experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
