Overstock.com is looking for an iOS developer to join our app development team. You will work closely with a dynamic team of developers who all share a common goal:
building beautiful, highly reliable apps and systems that can handle huge loads.
Job Description:
Developing new greenfield applications for the iOS platform
Enhancements to existing applications code
Heavily involved in design to cater for high traffic
Collaboration with UI/UX designers, Business Analysts, Software Testers, and Developers
Work affectively as a member of a SCRUM team
Drive high software quality, such as robustness, usability, reliability
Discover and evaluate the latest innovations in the iOS ecosystem
Mentoring and coaching junior developers
Job Requirements:

years working experience in iOS development
6
years development experience
Strong understanding of Objective-C, Swift, MVC and Cocoa APIs/frameworks
Understand and use quality coding patterns
Experience consuming data from REST services
Understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
Experience with SQL Databases
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or similar
Nice to Haves:
Experience working in a Web-based eCommerce technology environment
Backend development experience
Functional programming experience
