The SEM Senior Marketing Manager optimizes existing marketing partnerships and creates/executes new online marketing programs/campaign to meet revenue goals. This position requires online marketing expertise, data analysis, creative problem-solving, and understanding the latest trends and knowing which partners have the highest return on investment.
Job Responsibilities
- Create strategy, implement, track, analyze and optimize Paid Search campaigns in Google AdWords, Yahoo! Search Marketing, Bing, and other search engines.
- Experience in leveraging site analytics programs for SEM analysis / insights (Google Analytics, Omniture)
- Prior experience building teams and managing, training and mentoring junior staff on all aspects of search marketing and managing internal and external client relationships
- Strong command / expertise in managing bid optimization platforms Doubleclick, Kenshoo, Marin
- Advanced MS Excel fluency required (pivot tables, charts, vlookup, sumifs)
- Utilize successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management on pay-per-click search engines to hit target acquisitions volume goals and efficiency metrics CPA, CPL
- Actively test and analyze keywords, copy and landing pages to increase ROI and drive incremental volume.
- Manage daily relationships with key search engine partnerships.
- Provide detailed analysis of key metrics and program tracking techniques in order to increase overall search performance efficiency.
- Provide consistent and effective support to Senior Executives on forecasting and new business opportunities
- Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.
- Follow legal policies as directed.
Job Requirements

years online marketing experience (Preferably in Retail) - Strong quantitative skills required to analyze and optimize campaigns
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and to manage multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet goals
