The billing department at New Penn plays a major part in the building of relationships with our customers. Our customers expect top-notch customer service and it all begins here. This is a part-time position for evening work delivering outstanding customer service skills for internal and external clients. The job primarily involves data entry and clerical functions.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent problem solving skills to keep customers satisfied
- Assist with dispatch functions
- Interact with other departments on the customer's behalf
- Enter data through the computer
- Organize and prioritize while multi-tasking
- Route phone calls
Qualifications:
- Operate office equipment including copiers, fax, and calculators
- Type with speed and accuracy, and use 10 key proficiently
- Knowledge of basic computer skills to readily enter, access, review or change data as required
- Ability to work varying shifts/hours/days
- Detail oriented, organized, professional, and good customer service skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
