NetSuite Administrator

Overview:

iCIMS is looking for a Netsuite Administrator to join our Infrastructure Shared Services team. In this role, the primary focus is improving and enhancing our Netsuite environment and managing third party solutions that interact with the ERP. This individual will work with multiple business units and will be responsible for managing and monitoring all operational aspects of NetSuite. The Netsuite Administrator reports to the Senior Manager, Cloud Services.


Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary administrator of NetSuite responsible for the management of both our production and sandbox environments
Collaborate with users to understand their business processes and support their optimized use of NetSuite
Identify, plan for, and execute on the implementation of new releases and implementation of new system enhancements and/or features, as well as maintain existing functionalities and performance.
Perform gap analysis of current Netsuite environment and recommend suggestions for improvement
Support user requests for new searches, reports, KPI's, dashboards and customization by creating and or modifying based on specifications
Serve as NetSuite Subject Matter Expert providing input to Training team for end user training.
Primary point of contact for application support managing any escalations to NetSuite support
Manage user access and maintain proper system access/roles/rights
Plan, review, and manage change configurations, customization, and 3rd party integration requests
Fully document existing and new configurations as well as workflows
Manage business process testing for ongoing NetSuite upgrades
Manage NetSuite integration with internal and external systems
Support operations needs cross functional throughout the organization
Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements
Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and core competencies


Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years' of relevant NetSuite administration experience
Expert in NetSuite system permissions, data security, reporting tools, workflows, and multiple entities and currencies.
Familiarity with Netsuite and Salesforce integrations a plus
Functional knowledge of JavaScript and SuiteScript APIs.
Professional work experience in B2B environment, preferably experienced with subscription/recurring revenue model
Ability to articulate and break down technical concepts to a wide audience, that includes stakeholders, technical and functional project teams, with varying degrees of technical aptitude.
Strong knowledge of reporting and customizing Saved Searches
Must have exceptional communication skills, able to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users
Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
Strong results orientation with a proven track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail

Education/Certifications/Licenses Required
College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or computer engineering or alternatively a minimum of 5 years' equivalent work experience.
NetSuite Certifications strongly preferred (NetSuite Fundamentals, NetSuite Certified Administrator)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
